Booking must be in the name of the AlFursan member
Please quote your AlFursan membership number upon reservation and present your AlFursan card at the time of check-in
Mileage eligibility is based on the room type booked: 500 miles for Standard Room, 1000 miles for Executive Room / Club Rotana rooms, 1500 miles for Suite Rooms
Miles are earned per eligible stay*, regardless of the number of nights booked, for a maximum of 3 rooms
Eligible Stay* refers to any stay that is booked at a published rate except for tour operator rates, travel industry rates, and complimentary / barter rates
**Please allow 4 - 8 weeks from the check-out date for mileage posting, provided that the membership number has been obtained.
In case of missing miles, kindly contact us at support.rewards@rotana.com and provide the details of your stay. Claims may be made within a 6-month period from the check-out date.
