Rotana Master Chefs and Artists walk away with a total of 68 medals and 50 merits. The highlights of the competition this year included Rotanas recognition as the Best Culinary Effort by a Corporation, one of the Chefs from the Beach Rotana winning overall Best Arabian Cuisinier 2010, and Best Hygiene Practice Award overall on the cooking process for our Chef from Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana 2009
The four day culinary extravaganza saw Rotana Master Chefs and Artists walk away with a total of 94 medals and 37 merits. Chefs and Artists from a wide selection of Rotana properties were nominated and honoured with awards in a cross-section of categories. |
